Basic pricing information for facility rentals is below. If you are interested in renting our facility for your next event and would like us to build you a quote please fill out the Facility Rental request form by clicking HERE. $400.00/Base Rental: Four-hour ballroom, theatre, or outdoor stage rental

$100.00/hr: Each additional hour.

$50.00/hr: Each additional space (Reception Room or Verandah).

*Note: We are unable to accommodate any events ending later than midnight

 

Amenities:

Tables and Chairs to accommodate up to 130 people (Ballroom only)

Chairs Accommodating up to 108 people (Theatre only)

Guest Wi-fi

Onsite Representative

Bathrooms

Use of Kitchen

Piano

Buffet and Bar Tables

Setup, cleaning, trash

Coffee

*Note: Setup and cleanup must be conducted within the time allotted for the rental.  There are additional fees to setup the day before an event.*

 

Additional Options and Fees:

Additional Setup Day: $50.00/hr.

Tablecloths and Napkins: $10.00/table

Table Decorations: $10.00/table

4-hours of Musical Entertainment $125.00/person 

4-hours of Costumed Characters: $125.00/character 

Basic Sound and Speaker Setup: Quote Based on Need

Lighting Design (Theatre Rentals Only): Quote Based on Need

 

Insurance and Security Deposits

Liability Insurance: Those interested in renting our facility will be required to show proof of liability insurance for their event

Security Deposit: A credit card will be kept on file that can be charged in the event of damages to the facility that are incurred as a result of the event.
