Live Oak Theatre Announces “Flex Passes” for the 2020-2021 Season
2020/2021 SEASON
This season, rather than selling season tickets, Live Oak Theatre will be offering “Flex Passes”. This will allow people to purchase multiple tickets at a discount that can be used for any of our productions, both Main Stage and our new Acorn Theatre productions - as well as concerts and events. The purchaser may choose how they wish to use the Flex Pass.
Last season's season ticket holders will be rolled over to Flex Passes matching the number of shows they missed out on (an individual production ticket for snowbird 3-show season ticketholders, a 2 show Flex Pass for expanded 5-show season ticketholders) for this upcoming season of performances. Last year’s season ticket holders can upgrade their complimentary ticket/pass to a higher Flex Pass and pay just the difference if they wish. Those who had purchased individual tickets to one or both of our spring shows, are be able to transfer those to a production of their choice this season.
TICKET OPTIONS for 2020/2021
Main Stage production individual tickets:
$25 for adults, $10 for kids 13 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket.

COVID SAFETY MEASURES
We have been carefully monitoring CDC guidelines since we opened for camp this summer. Temperatures are taken of anyone who enters the building. Hand sanitizer stations are set up throughout the building and we’ve been spraying down seats, ballet barres, bathrooms, doorknobs and just about everything else that can be sprayed on a regular basis.
Seating will be socially distanced according to each group’s reservation. Individual socially distanced seats are available as well. We request that our audience wear masks when standing in line or going indoors. When seated in your socially distanced outdoor seating you may remove them if you prefer! Guidelines for indoor productions will be decided closer to those productions based on how things are going and what guidelines are in place at that time.
Due to the nature of socially distanced seating, and the limited ticket availability for each performance, all ticket reservations must be made no later than 48 hours in advance of each performance. Payments must also be made in advance either online, by mail or by dropping off a check at the box office.
OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE SPACE
One of the most exciting projects we’ve planned is the creation of an outdoor performance space. We have plans to build an outdoor stage which will allow us to continue to produce and rehearse our fall productions outside (weather permitting) on a stage that is built with the same specs as our indoor stage. The audience will sit on the veranda and the lawn, allowing us to seat up to 100 people in a safe, socially distanced, outdoor setting that will be comfortable for you and our performers. Live Oak will have chairs available for lawn seating however, those who wish to be seated on the lawn may choose to bring their own comfortable lawn chairs or a picnic blanket instead. Social distancing will be monitored.
